We have taken our 6000 Glide Plate Series (the 6GW, 6GWC, SS6GW and SS6GWC) to the larger sizes of 10″ and 12″ (nominal), as well as modified the cover splicing to be easier and faster (requiring only KTC clips between butted plates, eliminating the need for any in-field grinding). These changes accommodate the need for slightly larger wall/ceiling covers, but where the flush, no-exposed-fastener look of the Glide Plate Series is still preferred.
